About Me

Education

I attended Tufts University, located in Somerville, Massachusetts. At Tufts, I earned my B.S. Degree in Engineering Psychology as well as two minors in Studio Art and Human Development.

UX Philosophy

The role of a UX professional is to listen to users, organize insights, connect stakeholders, and iterate. It is the business of problem-solving; finding creative solutions that satisfy user needs, technical constraints, and business drivers. I believe that the core tenants of UX are empathy, communication, and innovation and these are the qualities I strive for in my professional work.

Interests

In my personal life, I am an avid downhill skier. While not on the mountain I enjoy baking, painting, and the pursuit of the perfect coffee shop. ☕

Recommendation

"Immediately upon interviewing Lexi, I knew she was something special. Once we started working together, this hunch was confirmed. She's a budding UX unicorn. Lexi is equally capable of constructing a survey or study that gets to the heart of what a team needs to know, and also of making suggestions on UI best practices. When she gets quiet during a meeting, this is not because she has 'checked out' ... just give her a minute. Lexi thinks best in collaborative sketch mode, and is drawing the vision (or finding a sample image) to perfectly encapsulate what is being discussed. I call her a unicorn because she is the rare breed who can work solo and crank out studies and reports, or brainstorm and create with a diverse team and hold her own in the conversation. She's going places!"
